  40. How do you make modem disconnect with CALL WAITING?  I have CALL WAITING 
  41. service but I cannot make my modem disconnect when a second call comes 
  42. in.  Is it possible if you could email me your modem configuration?  I 
  43. have USR 28.8 Vi modem.
